New Life is elder-led, deacon-served, and con­gre­ga­tion­ally gov­erned. Elders are called by God to serve the body by preach­ing and teach­ing the Word of God, pray­ing, and lead­ing the church.  Dea­cons are called by God to serve the body by help­ing to min­is­ter and car­ry­ing out tasks such as admin­is­tra­tion and logis­tics so that the elders are free to con­cen­trate most of their time and atten­tion on preaching/teaching, prayer, and leadership. Our elders and dea­cons are listed blow.
