What to Expect at our Cor­po­rate Wor­ship Service

While our week­end wor­ship ser­vice does look a lit­tle dif­fer­ent from time to time, here is what you can always expect at New Life:

A Warm Wel­come – we do every­thing we can to make you feel right at home. We’ll have mem­bers ready to help you find your way around the build­ing and plenty of food to share at our weekly din­ner after the service.

A Blend of Fam­i­lies, Sin­gles, and Stu­dents – we believe that every per­son is a valu­able con­trib­u­tor to the body of Christ, so we avoid seg­re­gat­ing the church into ages and stages as much as pos­si­ble. We offer child­care for preschool-aged chil­dren begin­ning at 4:45 pm (15 min­utes before the start of the ser­vice) so that par­ents can con­tinue to teach their young chil­dren at home while they grow under the preach­ing of the Word. We pro­duce an inter­ac­tive Children’s Wor­ship Guide (which may be picked up at the doors to the wor­ship cen­ter before or dur­ing the ser­vice) so that chil­dren can par­tic­i­pate in the ser­vice. Great Music with Solid Con­tent – we have a full band that plays every­thing from newer songs to clas­sic Chris­t­ian hymns. We aren’t bound to a par­tic­u­lar style or genre, but we are bound to songs that teach good the­ol­ogy and exalt Jesus.

Expo­si­tional Preach­ing – whether we are teach­ing through a book of the Bible or preach­ing a top­i­cal series of some kind, we study the Bible verse-by-verse to under­stand it and apply it to our lives. What is most impor­tant is not what any one man thinks, but what God has revealed in his Word.
